Community Clickers: Pride in Place – Peterborough Through Our Lens

During August 2026, Peterborough Together Project brought Community Clickers into four Peterborough neighbourhoods as part of Pride in Place.

Our friendly photography walks invited local people to slow down, look a little closer and capture the places around them from their own perspective. With cameras and phones in hand, participants explored Orton Longueville, Welland, Dogsthorpe and Paston, photographing everything from nature and wildlife to architecture, colour and the small details of everyday community life.

The walks were about more than taking photographs. They created opportunities to get outdoors, meet new people, share conversations and discover familiar places in a different way.

Along the way, we documented the walks too. The photographs below capture some of those moments — the people behind the cameras, the places we explored and the experience of discovering Peterborough together.
