Hi I’m Simon I am a qualified engineer and environmental scientist who used to work in sustainability consultancy for industry, and now I work with a local environmental charity on fundraising, and the Peterborough Art Society as treasurer and vice chair.
I started playing guitar at 7 and piano at 12, and I have sung since a young age at church, and since my late 20s in pop and rock bands and open mikes. I have worked with singers to make my own pop songs and recently I have started to sing on my own songs, as I feel more confident about my voice these days (see https://soundcloud.com/simon-waters for my own music). I have also recently started practising my bass voice with a church choir.
